I have two wonderful dogs who need a home.  The US Army reservist who raised them is in Iraq for a second tour and had a former friend living in his house near Lakeland, FL and the soldier found out month before last that the guy had moved out and left his beloved dogs chained in the yard. 

I volunteered to care for them until I could find a suitable home.  I took them both the vet for a checkup and yearly shots and they both appear to be fine but a little thin from being left chained for two weeks without food.  I cannot keep them because I already have 2 dogs, 1 horse, 1 goat, 5 llamas, and 10 chickens---or I would because all they want is to be petted and loved.  They are full-grown, no papers, healthy, well-trained, and of indeterminate age—probably about 3 & 7 years. 

Please help me find a home for them because I'd love to keep them but they seem to have lived in the house with their owner and I already have two dogs in the house. My dogs and the two new ones don't seem to get along, so I've built a pen for each of them outside and they look so unhappy that it breaks my heart every time I look at them because I can't do more for them.  I feed them twice a day(with the help of the whole family) and let them out to run around my three acres for 30 or 40 minutes each time.  They jump in the back of my pickup and just sit there like they are waiting for me to give them a ride.  I work two jobs and it has cost me nearly $450 so far for vet and food, but all I want is for them to get a good home.
