This great young Rottweiler was found lost in Orlando and his first Guardian Angels took him in, he was limping and she thought he had been hit by a car. She could not keep him as she lived in an apartment, but held him until we transferred him to SunKiva Kennels as Mueller Animal Hospital was full.
As soon as a space became available at Mueller, members of GRC and Guardian Angels volunteers transported him to Mueller. "He is an Angel", all those families said.
At Mueller and before he was neutered, Dr. Emilio took X-rays of his hips. He discovered a fracture on his left leg that had healed by itself, probably from a car hit. But another problem was discovered, his right hip was completely out of the socket, so he needed a FHO surgery.
Monday, February 28th, he got FHO, he was neutered etc.
Picture taken by Yoly before and two days after his surgery, he is pressing his leg and doing fantastic.
Going for short daily walks and every day getting better and better.
They love him at Mueller. Annia, one of their great Vet Techs lets him loose in the Clinic when they are not busy and he sits on her lap. Oh my Gosh, he has a beautiful head and he is sooo loving and has a wonderful temperament.
He is now ready for his new Forever.
Come to meet STEVE, I can assure you, you will love him in a second.
