ON JUNE 28, 2010...
This morning our beautiful boy Rico went to his Forever home in Miami. His new Dad, drove all the way to Cocoa and met Rico's Foster Mom and his real Guardian Angel.
Rico's owner could not keep him any longer and surrendered him at a Melbourne Shelter.
Guardian Angels were contacted and our dear GRC member Leslie Kovacs, answered the call and went to get him.
Leslie is a dog trainer and soon she realized that Rico did not have any home manners and kept him as his Foster Mom while at the same time, taught him how to behave in a home environment.
Thank you Leslie, without you, our pretty boy would not have the home he has today.
Also, many thanks to our dear friend and Oktoberfest Coordinator Kim Berdy for doing the home check for Rico.
