Was found under an overpass on I95 in Broward County, FL. She is very, very sweet and gets along with other dogs.
Libby J needs a home soon. The people who are fostering cannot keep her any longer. The Humane Society refused to take her because she was a stray.
We, do not have a foster home for her. PLEASE, she cannot be taken to the animal shelter.
