JACK:
He was a stray. A nice lady found him and took him home. She then had his veterinarian checked him for a microchip, none was found. He was given a bath and got his shots.
She could not keep him and called GGARR, then drove him to Mueller Animal Hospital where he will be neutered.
This is a very sweet dog and good looking, too.
With tender loving care his skin will be back to normal.
Please, give him a good home.
