We believe ANSEL to be part Rottweiler and part Great Dane.  He was at a shelter in very deplorable conditions. This dog was abused. At the bottom are some of his first pictures.

 

His 1st Guardian Angel was Leslie Kovacs who pulled him from the shelter for GGARR and fostered him for about 2 months for his amazing recovery.  ANSEL’s 2nd Guardian Angel has been Janet Fletcher in Gainesville who has had him for over 3 years. 

 

ANSEL is a wonderful happy boy who is waiting for the home of his dreams, the home he really deserves. He is a big dog and the sweetest dog in the world. He is a dog that you will love.  He is an active boy who loves to run around and play.  He does have some special needs with an eye allergy.  His eyes must be cleaned morning and evening.  We hope when he gets in that home environment the situation will settle down.
