HELP MY PRINCESS:

UPDATE ON JULY 26, 2017 - AWESOME REPORT!

From the Lanza Family...
I have to say I am super elated to tell you My Princess is doing AWESOME!!! I can't believe how well she is behaving with alllll the dogs she is around.  I honestly feel she has become desensitized to dogs of all sizes and shapes. We have had no issues with her and all the new dogs she's been encountering!

She really doesn't seem to care about being around other dogs like before. I can't tell you how PLEASED I am on how she has reacted to a new small dog and the others that have come back. FANTASTIC!!!

I am very happy with her progress. Not to mention, impressed! I was honestly nervous with this crowd coming in, but she has been totally 'normal' around them. She's really come SUCH a long way!  We keep her outside as much as we WANTS.   We currently have 11 dogs. She's amongst all of them BEHAVING!!!

My Princess's story:

This pretty girl - almost a puppy - came to GGARR surrendered by her owner. Her owner is a very nice young guy that lived with his Parents and adopted My Princess from MDAC without asking them.

As a young pup she needs someone to work with her. She just wants to play and play. The owners parents did not want her in the home and asked him to look for a place to take her. He sent us pictures and GGARR said Yes.

She has a natural tail that make her looks soooo cute. Come to meet her, you are going to love her!

We have learned that she loves to be outside.  I think she likes to be outside more then in her crate.  She barks a lot in her crate.   Outside, she's quiet and comfortable.  So she probably spent most of her young life outside; and she was probably kept tied up as well.

MY PRINCESS is ready for a new home, as a puppy she is very active.  Fill out an adoption application.

MY PRINCESS NEW FAMILY!

HAPPY ENDING BY YOLY RAMIREZ

Miss Princess went home yesterday afternoon and I have to tell you her story.

She was running stray on a Miami area and picked up by MDAS. A very young guy went to that shelter looking for a Rottweiler and fell in love with her and adopted her. This young guy lived with his parents and didn't tell them that he had adopted her and just showed up with her at home. His parents told him, NO NO, we already have 3 dogs. Feeling sad he had no choice but to find another home as he did not want to take her back to AC and he looked on the Internet and found GGARR. He sent GGARR her pictures and GGARR said YES. He took her to Mueller Animal Hospital and told the front office girl, "please, take good care of her, she is precious"

She was vetted at the shelter and we wanted to get her to a foster home as soon as possible because she was a hipper puppy. At that time Leslie Davies Hirsh was in Venice, FL and she had fostered many rotties from GGARR and told me that she could foster this puppy. Jim Dwyer, a GGARR friend drove her from Mueller to Punta Gorda, FL and there she was picked up by Leslie. She loved Bentley, the male the Leslie had and they were playing and running all day.  She came running and knocked Leslie down and hurt her leg, not intentionally.  Leslie told GGARR that she was too much for her to handle this puppy.  and drove her to Grace's home in Alachua, FL At Grace's home, she loved everybody, but Grace knew that My Princess needed some training.

Then Grace called Pedro and Marlen Lanza. Let me tell you about the Lanza couple. Grace and I knew them since Marlen and Pedro were in High School and Marlen long before GGARR was founded, and had helped Grace when she was living in Miami to take Rotties from MDAS. The got married and Marlen now is a teacher and Pedro is a Dog Trainer, (great business he has) so Grace asked Pedro if he would take Miss Princess for a while and train her. He said sure,  and Miss Princess was transported from Alachua to South Miami by Pino another great friend of GRC and GGARR and Dog Handler.

Miss Princess was at the Lanza's home over three months learning how to behaved inside a home. She adores Noah, the Lanza's son and Draco their Rottweiler.

Little by little she was improving and getting better and better.

Now comes the part that we have to believe that God put his hands.

Marlen went to her Doctor and talking about Pedro's work, Miss Princess came up in the conversation, she was telling that My Princess was ready for a Forever Home and guess what? He told Marlen he knew of a couple who were looking for a Rottweiler and gave Marlen their name, not knowing that this couple had filled an adoption application with GGARR back on 7/25/2017, their Rottweiler had passed and the family was devastated. But , they had 4 children and one on the way, they wanted a Rottie that was proved to be good with children.

So yesterday afternoon the Lee/Arias family went to meet and greet My Princess with all their children and my friends,

Loving them all, My Princess left the Lanza's home with her new family.  Marlen took many many pictures of the new family and as they were driving away, she took a picture of Pedro just standing there. That picture brought tears to my eyes. Pedro stood sad because My Princess was leaving and HAPPY because his mission was accomplished.

We all know the change on My Princess is another success of Pedro as a dog trainer. Look him up on the Internet he is All About Paws, Inc.

Is this a Happy Ending or what??

Thank you God.
